We are an Australia-based business, and we are also happy to ship our garments out to the rest of the world.
PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Deliveries to an Australian address will usually arrive within 3-4 days from the time of shipment. For regional deliveries, please allow an extra 4-5 days depending on your location.
Deliveries outside of Australia can be expected within 7-14 days from the time of shipment, depending on your location.

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Deliveries are sent Monday to Friday.
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed within 24-48 hours of the next business day.

For shipping within Australia, we use Australia Post service.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA
For shipping outside of Australia, we use Australia Post International Post.

Please note that all payments made on this site are in Australian Dollars.
Orders outside Australia may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are applied when the package reaches your country.
Your order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. We are unable to estimate the number of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
We want you to feel over-the-moon with your new SomeWhat Strange garment and will do all we can to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase.
Once your order has been placed, we provide 2 days for you to let us know of any adjustments or size amendments that you wish to make. After this time we are unable to make changes, however our usual returns process is available.

RETURNS
We offer refund or exchange provided items are returned within 7 days, are unworn and unwashed, and we ask that you cover the cost of return freight. In the very rare circumstances of faulty garments, we will make every effort to repair your garment or offer a refund for this item, and we will cover all freight costs.
Please ensure that the measurements and sizing you require and provide to us are correct because as our garments are often one-off pieces we cannot always guarantee that other sizes in the exact garment you have chosen will be available should you need to exchange.

If your order has already been shipped, we’re sorry but we can’t accept responsibility for incorrect details entered.
If there are any delays to your order, we’ll contact you via email. Please ensure the email address entered in the checkout is valid.
Shipments that are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee. If an order is rejected by the receiver, it is the customer's responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation.
